    Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. 2Cook salmon

    Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, flip, and cook 2 minutes more.

  3. 3Glaze

    Add teriyaki sauce for the last 30 seconds and spoon it over the salmon.

  4. 4Steam broccoli

    Steam broccoli until bright and tender, then warm the rice.

  5. 5Assemble

    Serve salmon over rice with broccoli and extra pan sauce.
