  1. 1Cook noodles

    Prepare rice noodles according to the package, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2Cook shrimp

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp with a little oil and cook 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove to a plate.

  3. 3Stir fry vegetables

    Add broccoli and snap peas to the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes, until bright and crisp-tender.

  4. 4Sauce

    Return shrimp to the pan with soy sauce and ginger. Toss for 30 seconds.

  5. 5Serve

    Add noodles and toss until warm, then serve immediately.
