  1. 1Cook the shrimp

    Toss 5 oz of shrimp in a hot skillet with a little oil and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly curled.

  2. 2Warm the grain

    If your rice is pre-cooked, microwave 1/2 cup of rice with a splash of water for 90 seconds. If cooking from scratch, follow the package.

  3. 3Build the bowl

    Rice goes in first, then the protein on top, then the vegetable alongside.

  4. 4Sauce it

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of soy sauce over everything and toss or leave layered — your call.
