Instructions
- 1Season salmon
Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 2Cook salmon
Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
- 3Glaze
Brush or spoon teriyaki sauce over the salmon during the last 30 seconds.
- 4Warm rice
Warm rice until steaming and dice cucumber.
- 5Assemble
Serve salmon over rice with cucumber and any extra teriyaki sauce.
