Shrimp & avocado salad

  1. 1Cook the protein

    Season 5 oz of shrimp and cook in a hot pan until done. Let it rest 2 minutes, then slice it thin.

  2. 2Build the base

    Add 2 cups of mixed greens to a wide bowl or plate and spread them out.

  3. 3Add the veg

    Scatter 1/2 of avocado over the greens.

  4. 4Add protein

    Place the shrimp on top.

  5. 5Dress it

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of lemon juice over everything. Toss gently if you want it coated, or leave it layered.
