    Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Sear salmon skin-side down in a hot lightly oiled skillet for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.

  3. 3Warm rice

    Warm rice until steaming.

  4. 4Prep cucumber

    Dice cucumber and keep it raw.

  5. 5Assemble

    Add rice, salmon, cucumber, and spicy garlic sauce to a bowl.
