    Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.

  3. 3Steam broccoli

    Steam broccoli until bright and tender.

  4. 4Warm rice

    Warm rice until steaming.

  5. 5Assemble

    Serve salmon and broccoli over rice with teriyaki sauce.
