Instructions
- 1Drain tuna
Drain tuna well and flake it with a fork.
- 2Warm rice
Warm rice until steaming, then spoon it into a bowl.
- 3Prep cucumber
Dice cucumber and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 4Add hummus
Spread hummus along one side of the bowl so you can drag bites through it.
- 5Finish bowl
Add tuna, cucumber, and feta over the rice.
