Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wrap

  1. 1Cook the protein

    Season 2 links of turkey sausage and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, then slice or chop it.

  2. 2Warm the tortilla

    Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.

  3. 3Sauce first

    Spread 2 tbsp of salsa across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.

  4. 4Layer the protein

    Add the turkey sausage on top of the vegetables.

  5. 5Cheese it

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the protein.

  6. 6Roll it tight

    Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
