    Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread until golden and crisp. If it's a bagel or muffin, split it first.

  2. 2Cook the protein

    Cook 1 can of tuna in a skillet until done, then slice or place on the toast.

  3. 3Spread it

    Spread 1/2 of avocado across the hot toast — mash the avocado with a fork if using.

  4. 4Eat immediately

    Eat right away while the toast is still crispy.
