Instructions
- 1Mix the batter
Mix 3 of protein pancakes according to package directions.
- 2Heat the pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a tiny spray of oil or small pat of butter.
- 3Cook the pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and pop on the surface and edges look set, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 more minute.
- 4Add fruit
Top with 1 of banana.
- 5Nut butter drizzle
Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter on top.
