Instructions
- 1Warm falafel
Bake or air fry falafel according to the package, usually 6-8 minutes, until hot and crisp outside.
- 2Prep vegetables
Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, and season them with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3Warm pita
Warm pita in a dry pan or toaster for 30-60 seconds.
- 4Spread hummus
Spoon hummus onto the side of a bowl and spread it slightly with the back of a spoon.
- 5Build bowl
Add falafel and vegetables next to the hummus, then tuck pita on the side.
