  1. 1Cook edamame

    Boil or microwave edamame according to the package, then drain well.

  2. 2Warm rice

    Warm brown rice until steaming.

  3. 3Prep vegetables

    Dice cucumber and shred carrot.

  4. 4Season

    Stir soy sauce and sesame oil together, adding a little miso paste if you have it.

  5. 5Assemble

    Add rice, edamame, cucumber, and carrot to a bowl. Drizzle with the soy sesame dressing.
