Blueberry Protein French Toast

    Whisk eggs, protein powder, milk, cinnamon if using, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

    Dip each slice of bread into the custard for 10-15 seconds per side so it absorbs without falling apart.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat lightly with cooking spray or butter.

    Cook the soaked bread 2-3 minutes per side, until golden outside and set in the middle.

    Microwave blueberries for 20-30 seconds or warm them in the pan until juicy.
