Bacon Egg Cottage Cheese Bowl

  1. 1Cook the protein

    Add 3 strips of turkey bacon and cook, breaking up as needed, until browned and cooked through.

  2. 2Cook the eggs

    Push everything to the side of the pan. Crack 2 eggs in the cleared space and cook to your preference — scrambled, fried, whatever you like.

  3. 3Add cheese

    Scatter 1/2 cup of cottage cheese over the hot mix so it melts.

  4. 4Serve it

    Transfer to a bowl and eat right away.
