Apple Cinnamon Protein Waffles

  1. 1Mix the batter

    Mix 2 of protein waffles according to package directions.

  2. 2Heat the pan

    Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a tiny spray of oil or small pat of butter.

  3. 3Cook the pancakes

    Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and pop on the surface and edges look set, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 more minute.

  4. 4Add fruit

    Top with 1/2 of apple.

  5. 5Finish

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of maple syrup over everything and eat while hot.
