Instructions
- 1Warm the tortilla
Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.
- 2Sauce first
Spread 1 tbsp of soy sauce across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.
- 3Add the vegetables
Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.
- 4Layer the protein
Add the protein on top of the vegetables.
- 5Roll it tight
Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
