Instructions
- 1Cook the oats
Microwave 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup of water for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave 1 more minute.
- 2Stir in protein
Remove from heat and immediately stir in 1 scoop of protein powder. Do this off the heat so it stays smooth, not grainy.
- 3Add yogurt
Stir in 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein.
- 4Flavor it
Stir in 1 tbsp of cream cheese and mix well.
- 5Add the fruit
Top with 1/2 cup of strawberries and serve while hot.
