Instructions
- 1Cook the oats
Bring 1/2 cup of milk to a simmer in a small pot. Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and cook on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy — about 3-5 minutes.
- 2Stir in protein
Remove from heat and immediately stir in 1 scoop of protein powder. Do this off the heat so it stays smooth, not grainy.
- 3Add yogurt
Stir in 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein.
- 4Add the fruit
Top with 1/2 cup of berries and serve while hot.
