    Stir the ricotta with a spoon for 20-30 seconds until it looks smoother and easier to spread.

    Divide the ricotta over the toast and spread it all the way to the edges.

  4. 4Add berries

    Slice large berries, then pile the fruit over the ricotta.

  5. 5Finish

    Drizzle with honey and sprinkle sliced almonds over the top.
