Pumpkin Protein Oatmeal

  1. 1Cook the oats

    Bring 1 cup of milk to a simmer in a small pot. Add 1/2 cup of oats and cook on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy — about 3-5 minutes.

  2. 2Stir in protein

    Remove from heat and immediately stir in 1 scoop of protein powder. Do this off the heat so it stays smooth, not grainy.

  3. 3Flavor it

    Stir in 1 tsp of cinnamon and mix well.

  4. 4Add the fruit

    Top with 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree and serve while hot.
