Instructions
- 1Cook the oats
Combine oats, mashed banana, cinnamon, and 3/4 cup water in a small pot. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
- 2Add egg whites
Lower the heat and slowly stir in the egg whites. Keep stirring for 60-90 seconds so they thicken the oats without scrambling.
- 3Add protein off heat
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla protein powder until smooth.
- 4Rest
Let the bowl sit for 1 minute so it thickens into a banana bread batter texture.

Spoon into a bowl and finish with chopped walnuts and a little extra cinnamon.
