Cinnamon Protein Yogurt Bowl

  1. 1Add the base

    Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a bowl. It should be cold and thick.

  2. 2Mix in protein

    Stir 1 scoop of protein powder into the yogurt until fully combined and smooth.

  3. 3Add fruit

    Pile 1/2 of apple on top.

  4. 4Granola last

    Add 1/4 cup of granola right before eating so it stays crunchy.

  5. 5Finish it

    Drizzle 1 tsp of cinnamon over the top and eat right away.
