Instructions
- 1Cook the base
Heat 1/2 cup of rice in a skillet with a little oil over medium-high until golden and crispy on the outside, about 4-5 minutes.
- 2Cook the protein
Add 1 of chicken breast and cook, breaking up as needed, until browned and cooked through.
- 3Cook the eggs
Push everything to the side of the pan. Crack 2 eggs in the cleared space and cook to your preference — scrambled, fried, whatever you like.
- 4Top and serve
Spoon into a bowl and hit it with 1 tbsp of hot sauce.
