Blueberry Almond Protein Oats

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the oats

    Microwave 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup of water for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave 1 more minute.

  2. 2Stir in protein

    Remove from heat and immediately stir in 1 scoop of protein powder. Do this off the heat so it stays smooth, not grainy.

  3. 3Peanut butter swirl

    Drop 1 tbsp of almond butter on top and swirl it in.

  4. 4Add the fruit

    Top with 1/2 cup of blueberries and serve while hot.
