Banana Protein Oat Smoothie

    Start with the liquid — it helps everything blend smoothly.

    Toss in 1/2 cup of oats — they add thickness and keep you full.

    Add 1 of banana. Frozen works best — it makes it thicker without needing ice.

  4. 4Add protein

    Scoop in 1 scoop of protein powder.

  5. 5Add fat

    Spoon in 1 tbsp of peanut butter.

  6. 6Blend it

    You already added the milk, so blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth. Taste it — add more liquid if too thick.

  7. 7Pour and drink

    Pour into a glass and drink right away before it settles.
