Add 1 of banana. Frozen works best — it makes it thicker without needing ice.

Scoop in 1 scoop of protein powder.

Spoon in 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
- 6Blend it
You already added the milk, so blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth. Taste it — add more liquid if too thick.
- 7Pour and drink
