Vanilla Bean Protein Cheesecake

  1. 1Make the crust

    Crush the graham cracker and press most of it into the bottom of a small jar or bowl.

  2. 2Mix cheesecake filling

    Stir Greek yogurt, protein powder, softened cream cheese, and vanilla bean paste until thick and smooth.

  3. 3Taste the filling

    Add a few drops of sweetener or honey if your protein powder is not very sweet.

  4. 4Layer it

    Spoon the filling over the graham crumbs and smooth the top.

  5. 5Chill

    Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, then top with the remaining crumbs before eating.
