Instructions
- 1Mix cheesecake base
Stir Greek yogurt, protein powder, softened cream cheese, and lemon juice until thick and mostly smooth.
- 2Prep berries
Slice any large berries so every spoonful gets fruit.
- 3Make crumb layer
Press most of the crushed graham cracker into the bottom of a cup or small bowl.
- 4Layer
Add the cheesecake base, then spoon berries over the top.
- 5Finish
Sprinkle with the remaining graham crumbs and chill 10 minutes if you want it firmer.
