Turkey Taco Wrap

  1. 1Warm the protein

    Heat 1/2 cup of ground turkey in a skillet for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

  2. 2Warm the tortilla

    Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.

  3. 3Sauce first

    Spread 2 tbsp of salsa across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.

  4. 4Add the vegetables

    Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.

  5. 5Layer the protein

    Add the ground turkey on top of the vegetables.

  6. 6Cheese it

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the protein.

  7. 7Roll it tight

    Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
