  1. 1Start with protein

    Add 1/2 cup of ground turkey to a pot over medium heat.

  2. 2Add the veg

    Toss in 1 cup of tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

  3. 3Season it

    Add 1 tbsp of chili seasoning and stir to coat everything.

  4. 4Add beans

    Pour in 1 cup of kidney beans and stir.

  5. 5Add liquid

    Pour in 1 cup of tomato sauce and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  6. 6Simmer and taste

    Let it simmer 10-15 minutes until everything is cooked through and the flavors come together. Taste and adjust salt.
