- 1Start with protein
Add 1/2 cup of ground turkey to a pot over medium heat.
- 2Add the veg
Toss in 1 cup of tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add 1 tbsp of chili seasoning and stir to coat everything.

Pour in 1 cup of kidney beans and stir.

Pour in 1 cup of tomato sauce and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
