Instructions
- 1Cook tempeh
Crumble tempeh into a lightly oiled skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, until browned.

Add taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons water. Stir until the tempeh is coated and the water cooks off.
- 3Warm rice and beans
Warm rice and black beans together until steaming.
- 4Assemble
Add rice and beans to a bowl, then top with tempeh, salsa, and avocado.

Squeeze lime over the top if you have it.
