Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl

  1. 1Cook the noodles

    Cook 1 pack of ramen noodles in boiling water according to package — usually 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2Cook the protein

    Cook 1 of chicken breast in a hot pan until done, then slice or shred.

  3. 3Soft boil the egg

    Bring water to a boil and gently lower in 1 egg. Cook exactly 6.5 minutes for jammy, 7 for fully set. Ice bath for 2 minutes, then peel.

  4. 4Make the broth

    In your bowl, mix 2 tbsp of chili sauce with 1.5 cups of hot water. Taste and adjust.

  5. 5Build the bowl

    Add noodles to the broth, then pile on the protein, egg halved lengthwise, and veg.
