  1. 1Brown the protein

    Cook 1 chicken breast in a pot over medium-high heat, breaking it up, until browned — about 4-5 minutes. Drain any extra fat.

  2. 2Add liquid

    Pour in 1 cup of tikka masala sauce and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  3. 3Add grain

    Stir in 1 cup of rice and cook until tender.

  4. 4Simmer and taste

    Let it simmer 10-15 minutes until everything is cooked through and the flavors come together. Taste and adjust salt.
