    Sear chicken in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

    Steam broccoli 2-3 minutes, then drain off any water.

    Add broccoli and sesame sauce to the skillet. Toss for 30-60 seconds until glossy.

    Spoon chicken and broccoli over warm rice.
