- 1Heat the protein
Warm 1/2 cup of pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat until hot, about 3 minutes.
- 2Warm the grain
If your rice is pre-cooked, microwave 1 cup of rice with a splash of water for 90 seconds. If cooking from scratch, follow the package.
- 3Build the bowl
Rice goes in first, then the protein on top, then the vegetable alongside.
- 4Sauce it
Drizzle 2 tbsp of bbq sauce over everything and toss or leave layered — your call.
