    Stir Greek yogurt, protein powder, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until thick.

  3. 3Fold crumbs

    Fold in half the cookie crumbs.

  4. 4Layer

    Spoon into a cup and top with the remaining cookie pieces.

    Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes so the filling firms up.
