    Season 1 chicken breast and cook in a skillet or oven until done. Rest 3 minutes before cutting.

    Roast or microwave 1 cup of potatoes until tender.

    Steam or sauté 1 cup of green beans until just tender — you want a little snap still.

  4. 4Add sauce

    Drizzle 2 tbsp of lemon herb dressing over the protein.

  5. 5Plate and eat

    Arrange everything on a plate and eat while hot.
