  1. 1Dice chicken

    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

  3. 3Sear zucchini

    Add zucchini to the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes, letting the edges brown.

  4. 4Season

    Add soy sauce and toss for 30 seconds so it coats the chicken and zucchini.

  5. 5Serve

    Spoon over warm rice and drizzle yum yum sauce on top.
