Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in well-salted water until al dente — about 1 minute less than the package says. Drain and save a splash of pasta water.
- 2Cook the protein
Season 1 of chicken breast and cook in a hot pan until done, then slice or chop.
- 3Cook the veg
If using spinach, toss it into the hot pan for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.
- 4Add the sauce
Pour 1/2 cup of garlic parmesan sauce into the pan and let it heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- 5Combine everything
Toss the drained pasta into the sauce and stir to coat. Add a splash of pasta water if it looks tight.
- 6Finish with cheese
Grate or sprinkle 1/2 cup of garlic parmesan sauce on top and serve hot.
