    Scatter 1/2 of tomato over the greens.

  2. 2Add cheese

    Crumble or shave 1 cup of cottage cheese over the top.

  3. 3Add protein

    Place the protein on top.

  4. 4Dress it

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over everything. Toss gently if you want it coated, or leave it layered.
