Your chicken breast is ready to go — lay 1 chicken breast flat on the counter.
- 2Warm the tortilla
Heat the pita in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.
- 3Sauce first
Spread 1/4 cup of hummus across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.

Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.
