Chicken Fried Rice Bowl

  1. 1Cook chicken

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken with a little oil, salt, and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

  2. 2Scramble egg

    Push chicken to one side. Crack in the egg and scramble it until just set.

  3. 3Fry rice

    Add cold cooked rice and peas. Press the rice into the pan and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring only occasionally so it gets a little toasted.

  4. 4Season

    Add soy sauce and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5Finish

    Top with sliced green onion and serve hot.
