Instructions
- 1Warm the protein
Heat 1/2 cup of ground beef in a skillet for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- 2Warm the tortilla
Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.
- 3Sauce first
Spread 2 tbsp of burger sauce across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.
- 4Add the vegetables
Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.
- 5Layer the protein
Add the ground beef on top of the vegetables.
- 6Cheese it
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the protein.
- 7Roll it tight
Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
