Your deli turkey is ready to go — lay 5 slices of deli turkey flat on the counter.
- 2Warm the tortilla
Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.
- 3Sauce first
Spread 2 tbsp of buffalo sauce across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.
- 4Add the vegetables
Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.
- 5Layer the protein
Add the deli turkey on top of the vegetables.
- 6Roll it tight
