Buffalo Chicken Wrap

    Your chicken breast is ready to go — lay 1 chicken breast flat on the counter.

  2. 2Warm the tortilla

    Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.

  3. 3Sauce first

    Spread 2 tbsp of buffalo sauce across the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border so it doesn't squeeze out.

  4. 4Add the vegetables

    Pile 1 cup of lettuce on top of the sauce.

  5. 5Layer the protein

    Add the chicken breast on top of the vegetables.

  6. 6Roll it tight

    Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
