Instructions
- 1Warm blueberries
Add blueberries and lemon juice to a small pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until some berries burst and the juices turn syrupy.
- 2Mix cheesecake base
Stir Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- 3Add crumbs
Put most of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a jar.
- 4Layer
Add cheesecake filling, then spoon the warm blueberries over the top.
- 5Finish
Top with remaining graham crumbs and chill 10 minutes if you want it thicker.
