  1. 1Cook the protein

    Season 3 strips of turkey bacon and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, then slice or chop it.

  2. 2Warm the tortilla

    Heat the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side — it should puff slightly and get pliable.

  3. 3Add the vegetables

    Pile 1 cup of lettuce on the tortilla.

  4. 4Layer the protein

    Add the turkey bacon on top of the vegetables.

  5. 5Roll it tight

    Fold in the sides, then roll away from you firmly. Slice in half on a diagonal so it stays together.
