Instructions
- 1Make crumb base
Crush the graham cracker and press most of it into the bottom of a small cup.
- 2Mix cheesecake filling
Stir Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, softened cream cheese, and almond extract until smooth.
- 3Add sprinkles last
Fold in half the sprinkles gently so the color does not bleed too much.
- 4Layer
Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham crumbs.
- 5Finish
Top with the remaining crumbs and sprinkles, then chill 10 minutes if you want it firmer.
