Banana Pudding Protein Bowl

  1. 1Make the pudding base

    Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Stir slowly at first, then firmly, until the powder is fully worked in and the yogurt looks thick and smooth.

  2. 2Slice the banana

    Slice half a banana into thin coins so you get banana in most bites.

  3. 3Layer the bowl

    Spoon half the yogurt into a bowl, add half the banana slices, then repeat with the remaining yogurt and banana.

  4. 4Add crunch

    Crush the vanilla wafers with your fingers and scatter them over the top right before eating.

  5. 5Chill if you can

    For a more pudding-like texture, refrigerate the bowl for 20-30 minutes before adding the wafer crumbs.
