    Season 1 chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and nicely browned, then slice or chop.

    Grain goes in first, then the protein on top, then the vegetable alongside.

  3. 3Sauce it

    Drizzle 2 tbsp of bbq sauce over everything and toss or leave layered — your call.

  4. 4Add the cheese

    Scatter 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the top while everything's still warm so it melts slightly.
